The fourth stage of DRIVE is Value

Stage four is undertaken once a system is installed as it is important that our customers see beneficial use.

Depending on your company’s Continuous Improvement Programmes that are already deployed, we are able to offer a range of services to help identify areas where additional value can be found in your processes. Many companies are surrounded by data but our solutions enable this to be turned into information to create “Plant Visibility for Continuous Improvement.” Additional training is often requested to support activities such as: “Shop floor cultural change to support Continuous Improvement,” “How to use data to identify waste in the process”

Our goal is to enable our customers to see and realise beneficial use by identifying waste and additional value adding opportunities in the manufacturing process.
