Deployment to EmsPT means more than delivery to an agreed specification using a project plan. Although this is critical to ensure delivery of Business Value, today the demands are higher. Value from technology is returned only when technology becomes embedded in your organisation and is being used to make value based decisions. EmsPT understands this and has built knowledge transfer and system adoption into all stages of the delivery.

Historically the implementation of this and similar technology such as ERP was via large project roll out. Few companies are able to invest the time, money and resources needed to make such project successful. Increasingly the trend is for capabilities to be provided in a series of phases and pilots. This "Thin Sliced" approach is part EmsPT deployment methodology, and is used when large project approaches are not appropriate, or cannot be undertaken. We also know that success often requires skills and resources from other suppliers. EmsPT delivery is therefore supported by or by our extensive collaborative partner programme and key vendor core expertise.
