EmsPT has arranged a series of regional seminars to run during
2011, the seminars will run in 3 sessions:
- DRIVE Manufacturing Performance
Making sense of asset optimisation and on-time delivery in full
- DRIVE Manufacturing Operations
Making sense of the business benefits of automated Traceability and Compliance
- DRIVE the ERP connection
Making sense of ERP shop floor integration
The first session will focus on the problems of the interaction of a Production Schedule and the reality of the numerous constraints felt on the shop floor that prevent on time delivery in full.
EmsPT experts will present and discuss aspects of Scheduling and OEE measurements which when combined produce a very effective Lean Manufacturing Operations Management solution; this is approached through EmsPT's diverse experience of projects and through direct delegate input of their reality and problems.
The workshop will be interactive, with delegates participating at each stage to allow this to be directly beneficial to all that attend. This is an opportunity for you to participate in a thought provoking and useful forum.
