Discover
On our initial visits to our customers it is essential we engage with them to discover the needs and issues of the business. Creating an environment for stimulation and discussion with engagement at different levels of the company - enabling the needs of the whole organisation to be discovered and considered. When the needs and issues are clear it is important to any company to be able to clearly see the ROI of any projects proposed.
ROI
We work with our customers to help provide ROI statements based on their needs, our experience and other customer successes. The ROI is generated through targeted workshops with the key stakeholders. The workshops create an environment for discussion, discovery and understanding of how your manufacturing performance issues can be addressed and targeted. The ROI phase enables us to fully understand your issues and goals and allows us to align our solutions with these needs.
This approach provides our customers with a clear understanding of our services, solutions and experience and significantly aids the project approval stages.

EmsPT are able to facilitate the deployment or Information driven Kaizen methodologies to enable the improvements to be made. The use of information from our solutions supports the Kaizen process in identifying areas for Kaizen Events and once implemented provides the feedback for success. In our experience Kaizen activities which are driven from information that provides complete plant visibility enables a 2 fold increase in activities and results.
